Customer Account
When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent indicated there. Data processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.
Collection, Processing, and Transfer of Personal Data in Orders
When placing an order, we collect and process your personal data only as far as necessary for fulfilling and handling your order and processing your inquiries. Providing the data is necessary for concluding the contract. Failure to provide the data means that no contract can be concluded. Processing is carried out based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you.
Your data will, for example, be transferred to the shipping companies and drop-shipping providers you selected, payment service providers, order processing service providers, and IT service providers. In all cases, we strictly comply with the legal requirements. The scope of data transfer is limited to a minimum. Your data will also be transferred to Canada, among other countries. For data transfers to Canada, there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission.
REVIEWS / ADVERTISING
Buyer Seal Customer Review
We use the Buyer Seal customer review tool on our website, operated by Händlerbund Management AG (Torgauer Straße 233 B, 04347 Leipzig). After your order, we may ask you to rate and comment on your purchase. For this purpose, we will contact you via email, using the technical system of the Buyer Seal review tool provider as part of data processing on our behalf.
Processing of your data takes place either with your consent or based on our legitimate interest. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR with your consent, if you have expressly agreed to receive the review request. You can revoke your consent at any time by using the link provided in the email, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation. Your email address will then be removed from the distribution list.
Processing without express consent is carried out based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in truthful, verified reviews of our services as part of direct marketing. For this purpose, we send electronic review requests for our own goods or services that you have already purchased from us. The request is sent to the email address we obtained from you in connection with the sale of a good or service. This is subject to the condition that you have not objected to the use of your email address for this purpose.
You can object at any time by notifying us. The contact details for exercising your right to object can be found in our legal notice. You can also use the link provided in the review request. No costs other than the transmission costs at basic rates will be incurred. Personal data stored in the technical system of the Buyer Seal review tool in this context will be deleted three months after the delivery of goods recorded for the review.
Use of Email Address for Newsletter Distribution
We use your email address independently of contract processing solely for our own advertising purposes for sending newsletters if you have expressly consented to this. Processing is carried out based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR with your consent.
You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by notifying us. Your email address will then be removed from the distribution list.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS AND STORAGE DURATION
Duration of Storage
After complete contract execution, the data will first be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then considering statutory, especially tax and commercial law retention periods, and will then be deleted after the deadline, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Rights of the Data Subject
